Solomon Dadebo is an accomplished global leader in operations, engineering, energy and business management. He has successfully implemented
productivity initiatives and strategic business transformation plans that resulted in savings of well over Tens of millions of $$ (USD) per year. In his career while continuously demonstrating leadership and step change performance in key areas of accountability.

Solomon is currently the President and Founder of WAfric Energy Solutions LLC. He was the Executive Director, Productivity and Value Chain Management (Head of Productivity, Product Management, Pipeline Business Center, Energy Management, Process Systems Engineering, and Business Analytics), Global HyCO, Praxair, Inc., The Woodlands, Texas until December 2019.
He held positions of increasing responsibility that covered Global Reliability, Global distribution, Global Packaged Gases, Plant Controls Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Advanced Analytics within the corporate Global Operations Excellence. He is a recognized expert in plant automation, advanced process control, and optimization and a business leader in energy management, plant controls cyber-security, product management, and business transformation initiatives.
Solomon was an Adjunct Associate Professor for several years at the University at Buffalo, NY while working at the Praxair Technology Center, Tonawanda, NY. Prior to joining Praxair, Dr Dadebo worked with Imperial Oil Ltd as a Lead Process Control Applications Engineer and a backup plant engineer in Sarnia, ON, Canada.
He holds a Doctoral Degree in Chemical Engineering from Queens University at Kingston, ON, Canada, a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto, ON, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from KNUST, Ghana. He has authored 7 patents and holds an Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
